Job Summary
Develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications using agile software development techniques. Collaborate with cross-discipline integrated product teams and Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement, and test system solutions for Battle Management, Command & Control, and Surveillance products. Participate in agile execution, continuous improvement, and continuous integration/continuous development pipelines while utilizing integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, and Jenkins. Requires an active DoD Secret security clearance, a bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline, and two years of experience in software development using C++, C#, or Java.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics or a related (STEM) discipline
- Minimum of two (2) or more years of relevant experience in software development, integration, and/or test using C++, C#, Java or similar software language

- Experience working in Agile environment such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development, DevSecOps
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements
- Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems
- Experience with integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Jenkins, Eclipse, and Ansible
- Experience working in a continuous integration/continuous development pipeline
- Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems
- Exposure to Open Systems Architectures and modular design principles
