Job Summary
Lead multidimensional projects involving multiple teams, designing, developing, and implementing software within an agile project cycle. Conduct code reviews, resolve complex engineering problems, and facilitate cross-functional troubleshooting with a focus on root cause analysis. Mentor team members on design best practices and technical knowledge while applying secure coding practices and cloud technologies. This role requires proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, along with experience in RESTful architecture and micro-services. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and at least three years of professional experience. The team supports Fortune 100 retail, CPG, and fintech clients using cutting-edge enterprise solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Familiarity with relational databases
- Experience with RESTful architecture and micro-services
- Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery methodologies and tooling
- 3+ years of professional experience in practice area
Desired Qualifications
- A deep proficiency of Java, additional languages such as Python is a plus
- Experience in developing near real-time data processing solutions utilizing Kafka is a plus
- Experience with integrations in/out of Financial planning systems (Anaplan, Oracle) a plus
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
