Job Summary
Analyze, develop, design, and maintain software for the organization's products and systems. Contribute to the full product lifecycle by performing software development, executing hardware and software integration tests, and developing and validating feature functionality and user documentation. Work in a team environment using agile practices to plan, implement, and deliver mission-critical services for public safety and commercial customers. This role supports the Secure Products Group in developing technologies that address challenges for firefighters, police officers, and emergency responders.

- Bachelor's (BS) or Master's (MS) degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 1 to 2 years of relevant embedded system software development experience
- US Citizenship

Desired Qualifications
- Agile software development and/or Git/JIRA experience
- Mobile application and/or platform development, including Android and iOS
- Driver development
- Embedded programming
- SIP, RTP, RTCP Protocols
- Experience in debugging and strong analytical skills
- Security concepts such as authentication, access control, authorization, and cryptography
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Gen AI and LLM
