Job Summary
Develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications using agile techniques. Assist in the requirements, design, development, and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools, including the creation of new work products or enhancement of existing systems. Collaborate with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement, and test system components within integrated product teams. This role supports the Marlborough software team's mission to provide world-class software for Surveillance and Warning systems.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Active and existing security clearance
- Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience
- Experience in software development, integration, test using C++, C#, Java or similar software language

- Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
- Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools
- Experience working in Agile environment such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development, DevSecOps
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements
- Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems
- Experience with integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Jenkins, Eclipse, and Ansible
- Experience working in a continuous integration/continuous development pipeline
- Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems
- Exposure to Open Systems Architectures and modular design principles
