Job Summary
Software Engineer II on the Growth/onboarding-focused Product Expansion team, responsible for implementing user-experience improvements across the Klaviyo product, designing and executing A/B tests to validate ideas, collaborating across marketing, data-science, sales, and engineering teams, mentoring other engineers, and contributing to AI-informed delivery practices. Role requires working from the Boston HQ at least three days a week and aligning onboarding experiences to drive customer activation and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Background in full stack software engineering with experience building products with user-facing features
- Experience with APIs and infrastructure to support products
- Experience with A/B testing and metric-based goals to improve user experience and customer acquisition/success (nice to have)
- Demonstrated ability and success in using AI-driven software delivery practices and methods and/or a willingness to learn
- Thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused, and strategic environment
