Job Summary
Design and build full-stack product features using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and GraphQL to drive user activation, engagement, and cross-team expansion. Create experiences that improve onboarding, feature discovery, and product education while establishing third-party integrations for broader adoption. Collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM to prioritize initiatives, leveraging data to identify opportunities and measure outcomes. Improve code quality and reliability while utilizing AI coding tools to accelerate development. Own end-to-end delivery of meaningful projects that shape strategy and systems behind customer adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with modern web technologies, especially React, Node.js, and GraphQL
- Can break down complex problems and own features from idea to release
- Think deeply about the user experience and how technical decisions show up for the customer
- Use data to make product decisions and are comfortable working through ambiguity
- Communicate clearly, proactively, and with empathy across functions
- Bias toward action and iterative learning — you ship, test, and adapt
- Are motivated by building systems that drive business impact and user success
- Growth mindset: are motivated by moving metrics and driving concrete business outcomes while solving customer pain points
- Use AI tools (like Cursor, ChatGPT or Claude) to accelerate, not replace, your workflow
Desired Qualifications
- Have worked on product-led growth or expansion initiatives
- Have experience building in-product education, onboarding, or integration surfaces
- Are comfortable designing for enterprise users and scaling systems across diverse org structures
- Understand experimentation and A/B testing platforms
- Have led cross-functional initiatives or worked closely with GTM partners
