Job Summary
Code solutions and unit tests to deliver requirements per acceptance criteria and compliance standards. Utilize architectural components across data, application, and business layers for client requirement design. Execute Continuous Integration and Continuous Development activities, refine stories, and estimate work through the delivery lifecycle. Contribute to integration, regression, and performance test suites while triaging errors and mitigating risks via spikes. Collaborate with security teams to drive secure coding standards and vulnerability remediation. Review application server configurations for CI/CD pre-requisites and manage releases as a Change Coordinator, ensuring readiness checks and adherence to enterprise governance. Support Service Management Transformation initiatives and coordinate end-to-end change requests. 1st shift, 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or related software engineering roles
- Experience in DevOps and GitOps models with infra-as-code, config-as-code, policy-as-code, etc
- Experience with implementing DevSecOps practices by integrating automated security controls into CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous compliance, early vulnerability detection, and secure application delivery at scale
- Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines using one or more: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Artifactory (Jfrog), Ansible, XLR and Harness CD or equivalent
- Experience in working with Jenkins Multibranch pipelines, shared libraries and version control tools such as Git, Bitbucket & Github
- Experience with code scanning tools such as Sonarcube, Checkmarx and Aquascan
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (preferred), AWS Cloud Formation, Azure resource Manager
- Experience running on-prem /off-prem container orchestration platforms such as Openshift (Preferred), Rancher, AKS, EKS, or GKE
- Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash and Powershell to automate repetitive tasks
- Experience in working with IT Service Management tools such Remedy and ServiceNow
- Must be able to support and change request end to end process
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in working with multi cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google cloud and mentor the cloud adoption process for the application teams
- Hands on Experience with at least one major clouds providers which includes, AWS, Azure and GCP and experience around CI/CD services and Data platform services in any of these cloud providers
- Experience with Astronomer Airflow in managing scheduler Jobs and deploying and managing containerized using vendor provided base images
- Prior experience with ServiceNow in supporting end to end process of change requests
