Job Summary
Software Engineer II in the Employee Platform Technology team designs and delivers trusted, market-leading software products in a secure, scalable way. You will execute software solutions, develop production-ready code, contribute to architecture artifacts, and analyze large data sets to continuously improve applications. You will collaborate in an agile environment, foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, participate in communities of practice, and work to support cloud platform integration. Key skills include Java/Spring Boot and React development, AWS cloud experience, CI/CD, security, SDLC understanding, data visualization, and strong collaboration within a large corporate setting.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and minimum 3 years' applied experience
- Applied back-end software development experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience in large corporate environments with modern programming languages and database querying languages
- Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
- Practical cloud native experience with AWS
