Job Summary
Lead the design and implementation of groundbreaking web experiences, translating mobile features to the web with world-class UX. Drive technical strategy, define engineering standards, mentor engineers, and establish the technical vision for the web platform. Manage technical debt, champion code quality, and lead architectural evolution using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern build tools. This role reports to the Director, Engineering on the Web Platform and Family Hub team.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years of software development experience with a track record of technical leadership
- Expertise in React/Next.js/Remix
