Job Summary
As a Software Engineer II for the Enterprise AI Products Value Stream, you will engage in designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include leading application design in partnership with architects, managing end-to-end delivery processes, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python, AWS or Azure, container orchestration, RESTful APIs, and have experience with CI/CD tools. A Bachelor's degree in a computer science or related field and 4 years of software engineering experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Experience designing and delivering agentic workflows, LLM integrations, or AI-powered automations
- Demonstrated ability to work in agile, collaborative development environments
- Strong communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Familiarity with MongoDB or comparable NoSQL data stores
- Familiarity with Temporal or comparable workflow orchestration tools
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or LLM evaluation methods
- Exposure to MCP server configurations or multi-agent frameworks
