Job Summary
Translate client requirements into application features and collaborate with IT professionals to set specifications for new applications. Design creative prototypes, write high-quality source code, and perform unit and integration testing while troubleshooting and debugging applications. Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update, and add new features, then develop technical documents and handbooks representing application design and code. Conduct Continuous Integration and Continuous Development activities, contribute to story refinement and estimation, and participate in existing test suites to analyze reports and triage issues. Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and solution quality within an Agile environment. Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in full‐stack software development, delivering production‐grade applications with strong understanding of frontend UI layers, backend services, APIs, and data access patterns
- Proficiency in Python, with hands‐on experience building scalable backend services using FastAPI or Flask, and developing modern, responsive user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks such as React
- Strong experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, covering schema design, data modeling, indexing strategies, and performance optimization
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and delivery workflows, including automated builds, testing, deployment strategies, and environment management to support reliable releases
- Proficiency in Git and collaborative development practices, including branching strategies, pull requests, and maintaining high code quality through disciplined version control
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, iterative development, and on‐time delivery
- Hands‐on experience with AI‐assisted and AI‐driven development, including integrating ML or LLM‐based services and applying AI tools to improve development efficiency and solution quality
- Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
- Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
- Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities
- Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
- Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
- Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
