Job Summary
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build secure, scalable software solutions for unified purchase information across online and store channels. Write custom code and scripts to automate infrastructure, monitoring services, and test cases, including destructive testing for production resiliency. Create dashboards, logging, and alerting systems to proactively capture and address issues while ensuring all quality and change control standards are met. Work within agile processes to define developer-ready user stories and align with evolving business needs. This role supports the Customer Purchase Service team, which develops foundational tools to improve CSAT and increase repeat business for Home Depot B2B customers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in writing SQL queries against a relational database
- Experience in Java Spring boot
- Experience with cloud (preferably GCP)
- Experience in Search tools (Elastic Search/Mongo Atlas/Apache Solr)
- Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
