Software Engineer II - ASP.Net (Full Stack Developer)

Lead the technical design and development of complex components for business-critical applications, mentoring team members on best practices and code quality. Maintain and modernize existing systems while delivering new applications through the full lifecycle, including development, testing, and release. Collaborate with senior engineers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to acquire requirements, produce clean, documented deliverables, and participate in Design and Deploy Tollgate reviews. Resolve customer issues, triage production problems, and lead backend database design efforts. Write unit and UI tests, leverage CI/CD for deployment, and assign projects to onshore and offshore engineers. Work onsite in Beachwood, OH, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
