Job Summary
Design, train, and evaluate deep learning models for crashworthiness, safety, human body modeling, and electronic device drop shock testing. Develop software tools and algorithms in Python and C/C++ to translate experimental results into robust, production-ready pipelines. Perform model processing and analysis while collaborating with cross-functional development, customer support, and international research teams. Requires a degree in Mechanical, Civil, Biomedical, or Electrical Engineering with strong foundations in machine learning, graph neural networks, and computational mechanics. Required Qualifications
- University degree from a School of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Good knowledge of Statics and Dynamics of Structures and/or Computational Mechanics
- Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, including graph neural networks (GNNs), with hands-on experience using modern deep learning frameworks for model training, evaluation, and generalization on real-world datasets
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in the English language
Desired Qualifications
- Diploma thesis or Master's thesis in Computational Mechanics
- Knowledge of the Finite Element Method
- Knowledge and experience with CAD/CAE software
- Knowledge of Numerical Analysis methods
- Knowledge of modern Machine Learning methods
- Experience in programming with Python or another programming language
