Job Summary
Develop within the ServiceNow SecOps modules and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant solutions. Define, design, and develop ServiceNow feature configurations across multiple teams; assist with end-to-end testing and integration, and act as a reliable resource across Bank of America’s Cybersecurity organization for ServiceNow SecOps needs. Contribute to the ServiceNow roadmap, plan system maintenance, upgrades, and improvements, and work with IT, Asset Management, and Risk & Compliance to ensure alignment of SecOps with core platform processes. Desired skills include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Workspaces, Flows, ACLs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions/Pages, Forms, Playbooks, Portals, and Reports, plus experience with integrations, scripting, and Agile practices. Education/Certification: BA/MBA/BTECH with ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications; ITIL v3/v4 preferred. Location: HYD, CHN in India with in-office expectations.
Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- ITIL v3 or v4 Certification preferred
- BA, MBA, BTECH
