Job Summary
Develop batch jobs using Java and SQL while troubleshooting business and production issues for IBM Sterling Commerce applications. Monitor systems as a Subject Matter Expert using Splunk, Dynatrace, and other enterprise logging tools to analyze data, identify root causes, and drive high availability across multi-platform roadmaps. Create innovation strategies, develop tools to aid operations and maintenance, and provide system and production support status reporting. Act quickly to resolve conflicts, build consensus, and ensure business needs are met while influencing architectural decisions for high-performance, scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce Software development
- 2+ years of experience with Supporting /Developing IBM Sterling Commerce
- 5+ years of experience with Open Source technologies
- 4+ years of developing / architecting high transaction high throughput systems
- 2+ years of experience with integrating 3rd party solutions in existing architecture
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
