Software Engineer I

Software Engineer I is responsible for software development and maintenance of software applications for LivaNova’s medical product systems. Lead and coordinate multi-department software development projects, apply software engineering knowledge to design and develop new products and enhancements, solve problems at subsystem to system level, conduct testing, generate protocols and reports, assign work to technicians and others, maintain design and architecture documentation, lead code and design reviews, stay current on competitive technologies and regulatory requirements, provide software engineering support for products in domestic and international markets, oversee vendors, ensure Quality System compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinate pilot production with cross-functional teams, and support quality and clinical functions. Minimum qualifications include a BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or related field and proficiency in C#/.NET/Xamarin, C++, Windows and Mobile App Development.
