Job Summary
Software Engineer I to join an AI-driven engineering team. You will perform analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for intermediate-complexity system assignments with AI-driven tools as a core enabler, help implement AI-driven workflows, monitor health/alerting, and document and analyze outcomes. The role emphasizes applying AI tooling to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and deepen understanding of AI-driven software development practices. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (or equivalent) and about three years of programming experience, with strong emphasis on AI-driven tooling, prompt engineering, and domain expertise. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are required, with a focus on delivering steady, predictable results and expanding AI fluency across the codebase.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or its equivalent in education and/or work experience
- Three years of programming/development experience
- Hands-on experience using AI-driven or AI-assisted tools in a professional engineering context strongly preferred
