Job Summary
Design and develop software modules independently, leading from requirements analysis through integration testing to ensure on-time delivery. Troubleshoot system issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes, while actively refactoring code to address technical debt and improve maintainability. Leverage AI tools for demand analysis, code generation, and code review, maintaining proficiency in Java, distributed systems, and various databases. Optimize SQL queries and manage CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes. Participate in cross-team collaboration and continuous learning to master new technologies and business knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- 正规院校计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历
- 2 年及以上工作经验
- 有 Vibe Coding 经验
- 能流畅并且安全使用 AI 工具
- 精通 Java 基础
- 有分布式应用开发经验
- 熟悉 Spring MVC、Spring Boot、Hibernate/MyBatis 等常用框架
- 熟悉 Oracle/MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库
- 有 SQL 优化经验
- 有 NoSQL 应用经验
- 熟悉 Git
- 熟悉 CI/CD
- 熟悉 Linux 常用命令
- 熟悉 Docker 和 K8S
- 工作积极主动
- 有责任心
- 具有良好的团队精神
- 具备跨团队沟通协作能力
- 普通话标准
- 英语四级及以上
- 能熟练阅读和使用英文进行沟通
