Job Summary
Build and maintain internal tools that improve Broccoli's operations and scale, while shipping growth-related product and infrastructure improvements across backend and frontend systems. Partner with product, growth, and operations teams to identify bottlenecks and turn them into reliable software, designing and running experiments that improve acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention. Enhance data flows, instrumentation, and operational visibility across the funnel to move quickly from ambiguous problem statements to shipped solutions with measurable impact. This full-time role requires strong software engineering fundamentals and full-stack capabilities, with a focus on working in ambiguity and prioritizing for business impact within a startup environment.
