Software Engineer - Golang

Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Go. Contribute to architecture and development of complex systems, collaborate with multiple teams, and take ownership of features from design through production. You’ll work across the stack with technologies such as AWS, EKS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, and Redis, write high-quality tests, and ensure reliable performance. You’ll engage in automation, improve daily workflows for developers, and explore AI-pipeline related tooling. Relocation support to hubs (Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan) is provided, and flexible working from offices or remotely within GMT-0 to GMT+5 time zones is available.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering (Golang)
- Excellent knowledge of Golang
- Experience with backend architectures and building scalable services
- Strong interest in AI pipelines and using AI tools
- Proven ability to write high-quality tests and maintain code quality
- Good communication skills in English (B1+ level)
- Willingness to relocate to hubs (Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia or Kazakhstan) or work remotely within GMT-0 to GMT+5 time zones
