Job Summary
Design and deliver scalable frontend and backend solutions that improve performance, reliability, and user experience across the WFM forecasting platform. Own end-to-end development of microservices and micro-frontends, ensuring high availability and seamless integration within AWS cloud environments. Drive improvements in system architecture, code quality, and engineering processes to enhance scalability and long-term maintainability. Build and execute comprehensive testing strategies that increase confidence and reduce production defects. Optimize APIs and service interactions to improve system efficiency, response times, and data accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product goals and customer outcomes. Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure stability, resilience, and continuous service improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in full stack software development
- Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
- Experience with Java, Node.js, or TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and RESTful API design
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including development, deployment, and support
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and tools like Git, Jenkins, and Docker
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems concepts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building and deploying serverless applications in cloud environments
- Exposure to micro-frontend architecture and modern UI composition strategies
- Understanding of CI CD pipelines and automated deployment practices
- Experience working in Agile development environments with cross-functional teams
