Job Summary
Design, develop, and test specialized software solutions for space-launched national assets within a cross-functional team. Lead the software development process by applying technical standards and methodologies to solve complex challenges creatively. Collaborate with award-winning teams on research-oriented work involving satellite mission payloads and spaceborne communications electronics. Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and champion new ideas for process innovation. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience, plus TS/SCI clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship. Full-time on-site role in Scottsdale, Arizona with a 9/80 flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
- 2+ years of job-related experience
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire
- Ability to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Ability to be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation

- Embedded real-time operating systems (VxWorks, Integrity, PetaLinux)
- C/C++ programming
