Job Summary
Build and ship agent-driven chatbot and GenAI workflows that deliver real customer impact. Own meaningful features end-to-end from definition through design to implementation, evaluation, and impact measurement. Collaborate with product, ML, and engineering teams in a fast-moving, ownership-driven culture. Work hands-on with modern AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Codex, Claude-style assistants) and continuously explore better ways to design and iterate how we build with AI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 3+ years of software engineering
- Experience writing reliable, durable, and maintainable code
- Experience proactively identifying problems and taking initiative
- Excitement about GenAI, agents, and the future of AI-assisted software development
Desired Qualifications
