Job Summary
Own the product, not just tickets, by defining strategy with cross-functional partners and driving execution from conception to maintenance. Wear the PM hat to frame problems, write specs, and make tradeoff calls without a finished plan. Get close to customers by sitting in on calls, reading tickets, and watching users build inside Clay to use their direct feedback. Ship fast and iterate by putting real versions in customers' hands monthly rather than waiting for perfection. Design and build full-stack features spanning backend and frontend using React, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js. Up-level the codebase by contributing to performance, reliability, and development velocity while mentoring other engineers.
