Job Summary
As a Software Engineer - Full Stack Java at Kyndryl, you will design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions, ensuring that all components are well-documented, unit-tested, and integrated. Your responsibilities include implementing identified components, providing work estimates, and architecting solutions. You will work with technologies such as Java, SpringBoot, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and databases, and will have opportunities to build CI/CD pipelines. The role demands strong coding skills, experience in software development methodologies, and a deep understanding of architectural designs.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience working as a software engineer on complex software projects
- Excellent coding skills and solid development experience (Java, SpringBoot, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, Javascript) with debugging and problem-solving skills
- Software development methodologies, with demonstrated experience developing scalable and robust software
- Experienced in relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, Rest based web services
- Knowledge of architecture design - Microservices architecture, containers (Docker & k8s), messaging queues
- Deep understanding of OOP and Design patterns
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Certification in one or more of the hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, and Google GCP)
