Job Summary
Design and develop high-quality, scalable frontend solutions using modern web technologies. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into functional, user-centric interfaces. Drive continuous improvement in development processes, code quality, and frontend architecture. Implement standards, best practices, and coding conventions with cross-functional teams. Perform performance optimisations to enhance speed, responsiveness, and scalability. Champion usability and accessibility standards to ensure intuitive and inclusive applications. Monitor user feedback and conduct user testing to drive data-driven UI/UX improvements. Stay aligned with project timelines and consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with Git and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and collaboration with designers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and passion for exceptional user experiences
