Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Convert UI/UX designs into responsive interfaces, integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, and optimize performance, accessibility, and user experience. Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with Product Managers, Backend Developers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in frontend development with strong React.js and Next.js skills. Located across Bangladesh (on-site required), with Sunday to Thursday routine and fully subsidized meals.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in frontend development
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js
- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, HTML5, CSS3, browser APIs, and modern frontend development practices
- Hands-on experience with Bootstrap, Ant Design (AntD), and SASS
- Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Good understanding of browser rendering, DOM, Virtual DOM, and web performance optimization
- Familiarity with Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Mongoose
- Experience working with Git and Agile development methodologies
- Strong debugging, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Across Bangladesh (on-site required)
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period
