Job Summary
Join Gigalogy as a Software Engineer - Frontend, focused on building software products aimed at maximizing user satisfaction. Responsibilities include writing reusable, testable, and efficient code, designing low-latency, high-performance applications, and implementing security and data protection measures. Required qualifications include a minimum of 3 years' experience in JavaScript and familiarity with state, session, and cookie management, as well as OAuth 2.0 and REST API. Preferred skills include backend development in Node.js or Python, and experience with cloud platforms and micro-service architecture.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in JavaScript, with knowledge of modern frameworks (Vue.js preferable)
- Understanding on State, Session, Cookie management
- Understanding on OAuth 2.0 protocol and its implementations, JWT tokens, etc.
- Understanding of REST API and experience developing applications involving it
- Sense of web design and fundamentals of user experience (UX)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building backend applications in Node.js / Python
- Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS / GCP
- Knowledge in micro-service architecture, containerization technology such as Docker, code versioning tools such as Git
- Knowledge of caching mechanisms such as Redis
