Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and analyses of front-end user interfaces for space mission software. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design, develop, and test Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) to meet program milestones. Drive software life cycle activities, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers to ensure alignment with requirements and standards. Leverage experience with HTML5, JavaScript, React, REST/API integrations, and front-end frameworks; apply knowledge of software architecture and DevSecOps practices; work with cloud-based infrastructure and tools (e.g., AWS/Azure, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD). Requires Active Top Secret US clearance with SCI eligibility post-start; relocation offered; travel up to 10%; applicable to Albuquerque, NM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science or related field
- Active Top Secret US Security Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility post-start
- 3+ years of experience with Front End software languages, frameworks, and libraries (e.g. HTML5, JavaScript, REACT) and API integration
- Experience developing Frontend user interfaces using React or similar frameworks
- Experience with software engineering principles including software architecture and design and lifecycle management
- Experience with tools and practices such as Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, TDD, Agile/DevSecOps
- Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and REST/OpenAPI
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (JavaScript, React, HTML5) and related toolchains
- Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance
