Job Summary
Fresh-graduate Software Engineer role in the TETRA Software Engineering Team responsible for implementing new features or enhancing existing ones for Motorola Solutions’ radios and public-safety products. Responsibilities include participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle (requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing), coordinating and participating in design and code reviews, creating and executing unit, integration, and system tests, collaborating with front-end and test teams to ensure robust feature deployment, and contributing to KPI-driven performance improvements and IP development. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications (or related fields); open to graduates with CGPA 3.00 or 2nd class upper, and willingness to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang. Travel none; relocation none.
