Develop software for rail-grade passenger information devices using C++ and Linux-based systems, focusing on configuration, diagnostics, and performance tuning. Design scalable solutions for diverse hardware platforms and translate requirements into maintainable software concepts. Collaborate with system engineering, hardware, and test teams to ensure long-term reliability in mission-critical rail environments. Leverage AI-supported tools to enhance development efficiency and software quality while contributing to customer projects for major global rail suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
- Knowledge of software architecture concepts and design patterns for building robust, maintainable, and scalable systems
- Strong general programming skills
- Solid Linux experience in system- or device-oriented environments
- Strong interest in understanding systems end-to-end, including software-hardware interaction
- Curious, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- C1-level English
