Job Summary
Design, build, scale, and support the digital asset custody and financial software systems for financial services customers. Work directly with product and business teams to iteratively deliver software to production, solve complex production bugs, influence technical direction, and contribute to roadmap discussions. Own features end-to-end and leverage AI tools to accelerate velocity while ensuring high-quality, secure code through formal verification and security practices. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage identity and access management, user management, and security measures, and coordinate with SecOps for security logs and events. Requires experience as a Full Stack developer (NodeJS, React, TypeScript), delivering large-scale distributed systems with high availability and performance, and a track record as a "Builder" from idea to production ownership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Full Stack developer
- Experience with NodeJS, React, and TypeScript
- Experience building and scaling large-scale distributed systems
- Experience integrating modern AI development tools into workflow
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering practices (clean code, architecture, testing, code reviews)
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Previous experience in digital asset custody solutions or related financial services (advantage)
