Job Summary
Design, implement, test, and validate software for state-of-the-art networking products while gathering requirements and designing sub-modules. Debug observed issues, derive fixes, and mitigate identified risk factors. Participate in technical discussions to enable decision-making, articulate proposals, and provide regular progress updates to the team lead. Drive issue closure with relevant parties and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks. Work with specialized module developers, hardware teams, and cross-functional groups to support global product development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Solid understanding of software development principles
- Experience with software development tools and processes
- Knowledge of C programming
- Interest and ability to conduct issues investigation and develop solutions
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, eager and quick learner
- Passion for technology
- Team player, able to collaborate and work with global and cross-functional teams
- Onsite work location at an HPE partner/customer office
