Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Looker to enable data-driven decision-making. Translate requirements into interactive dashboards and reports, build reusable components, and implement drill-downs and filters. Develop semantic models in SAC and Looker (LookML), collaborate with data engineering to define structures and transformations, ensure accuracy and consistency of metrics, and optimize queries for performance. Work with structured and semi-structured data, write SQL to extract and validate data, and leverage GBQ or similar warehouses for large-scale analysis. Validate outputs, support testing and governance, and document reports and data definitions. Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, and other Business Partners to gather requirements, deliver insights, and train end users to drive adoption of reporting capabilities. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for dashboarding and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Looker, including LookML modeling and dashboard development
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational data models
- Experience building interactive dashboards and data visualizations for business users
- Good understanding of data modeling concepts and semantic layers
