Job Summary
Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines enabling automated build, test, and deployment across multiple enclaves. Collaborate with software engineers to optimize build processes, reduce deployment friction, and integrate security controls early in the development lifecycle. Build Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools to provision environments meeting DISA STIG and NIST 800-53 requirements. Create monitoring and logging infrastructure to validate security operations, troubleshooting, and incident response. Own concrete epics end to end and instrument metrics to validate improvements in the CI experience. Work across complex delivery ecosystems including multi-stage release pipelines and Cloud and Robot environments.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
- Proficiency in a variety of programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code using Crossplane, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Understanding of Linux system administration, networking, and scripting (Python, Bash)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience deploying and maintaining systems in classified DoD or IC environments
- Experience with CircleCI, GitOps workflows and declarative infrastructure management
- Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk)
