Job Summary
You will architect the data truth by building the end-to-end data lifecycle from roadside sensors to the cloud, designing an efficient data pipeline that processes millions of high-resolution images daily. You will optimize the assembly logic for road usage charges and safety infractions, collaborate with the ML/AI team to identify opportunities for new models, and continuously challenge the current data architecture to improve reliability and scale. This role emphasizes first-principles engineering, ownership, and cross-team collaboration within a startup environment. Expect to work primarily with Python and TypeScript (and related stacks) across technologies including OpenCV-based computer vision, ML integration, payment processing, edge devices, AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and modern frontend/backend frameworks. Denver-based hybrid role with relocation support and in-person collaboration emphasis.
Required Qualifications
- MS or BS in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Mindset to work in a startup and be part of a core engineering team; self-driven with an owner mentality
- Willingness to work in Denver with hybrid model and willingness to relocate
