Job Summary
Advise on architectural design, development frameworks, and coding standards for software systems. Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define functional and technical specifications. Assess current systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose scalable, cost-effective solutions. Mentor and guide development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements within software solutions. Develop documentation and deliver technical presentations for stakeholders and project sponsors. This role partners with stakeholders to assess requirements, develop technical strategies, and optimize system performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a senior or consulting role

- Proven track record of leading complex software projects and delivering scalable solutions
- Experience providing technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
- Advanced expertise in software design principles, object-oriented programming, and system architecture
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture
- Expertise in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and influence teams in a consulting environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
