Job Summary
Diagnose, reproduce, and identify solutions to customer-reported problems with NetApp products within a Google Cloud context. Collaborate with support and development engineers to debug filesystem issues, recover data, and restore downed systems by examining system logs, memory dumps, and ONTAP source code. Develop and communicate action plans for complex issues involving NetApp hardware, software, and multi-vendor interoperability. Contribute to software fixes and enhancements for the storage operating system while maintaining constant communication with escalation managers and customers. This daytime role may entail holiday or weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
