Job Summary
Software Engineer on the Mission Command/Connected Warfare team responsible for developing and deploying software solutions that enable mission-critical capabilities in areas like networking, autonomy, systems integration, robotics, and data-driven features. The role involves writing code to scale capabilities for multiple customers, collaborating across teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality, creating and analyzing metrics for debugging/monitoring, triaging issues and determining next steps, and partnering with end-users to translate needs into feature-rich, user-friendly solutions. Travel up to 30% to build, test, and deploy capabilities in real-world environments. Required Qualifications
- Active U.S. Secret Clearance
- Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
- 4-10+ years experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, Rust, Go, JavaScript
- Experience building software solutions involving significant data processing and analysis
- Ability to understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases
- Desire to work on critical software with real-world impact
