Job Summary
Software Engineer on the Mission Command team to own end-to-end software solutions spanning core mesh platforms, data interfaces, and release management deployed directly to customers to scale critical mission capabilities. Deliver well-architected systems using modern software engineering practices, collaborate across teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality, and ensure system health through monitoring and rapid issue resolution. Travel 10%–30% to meet customers worldwide and work in environments requiring active U.S. Secret Clearance. Focused on building capabilities for Mesh, Joint All Domain Command & Control, and related able-to-deliver platforms at the tactical edge with emphasis on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Required Qualifications
- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret Clearance
- Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Networking, Mathematics, or Physics
- At least 3-10+ years working with programming languages (Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust, etc.)
- Experience building software solutions involving significant amounts of data processing and analysis
- Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases
- A desire to work on critical software with real-world impact
