Job Summary
Software Engineer on the EAA Compliance CXAE team to build AI-first applications powering CX Compliance agents. Own end-to-end development of user-facing features across Golang and React, ship third-party integrations, and improve productivity and compliance experience for Coinbase customers. Work with cloud technologies (AWS, Kubernetes) to build scalable services, implement event-driven architectures, and ensure observability. Mentor engineers on design patterns, coding standards, testing strategies, and deployment best practices. Collaborate with product, design, security, and data teams to deliver cross-functional solutions for complex compliance and CX problems.
