Job Summary
Software Engineer role focused on building AI-first products for enterprise customers. Responsibilities include: creating reliable AI-first product features and internal tooling for working with LLMs; using AI coding tools as a core part of daily workflow; experimenting with AI/LLM techniques to improve accuracy and reliability; designing and building reusable architectures and toolchains; building and improving evaluation systems and benchmarks; taking ideas from experimentation to production; writing high-quality, maintainable code; contributing to an engineering culture balancing innovation with reliability. The team leverages AI tooling, RAG, observability, and orchestration, with a强调 emphasis on engineering fundamentals, scalability, and maintainability, and invites candidates who are curious, adaptive, and impact-focused.
