Job Summary
This role involves working as a software engineer on the Codex project, focusing on enabling team-scale adoption in various environments from startups to enterprises. Responsibilities include shipping fundamental capabilities, designing robust full-stack services, integrating with enterprise systems, and partnering with Go To Market teams to enhance product adoption. Candidates should possess strong software engineering fundamentals, be proficient in backend languages, and have experience in team foundations like identity and access management.
Required Qualifications
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience turning ideas into productionized systems
- Enjoying building cross-cutting platform capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in one or more backend languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust)
- Experience with distributed systems concepts
- Familiarity with team/enterprise foundations such as identity and access (SAML/OIDC), SCIM, RBAC, audit/compliance logging
- Experience building developer tools and workflows (CLI/IDE/SDK)
- Experience with automation systems (triggers/scheduling)
- Ability to work directly with users/customers
