Job Summary
Train customers in the wood processing industry on CNC machine software usage and guide production start-ups with operator training. Troubleshoot reported issues from problem identification to solution implementation, providing telephone and online assistance during machine downtime. Customize specific customer-oriented applications using CAD/CAM packages. Work indoors and on-site across Belgium. Requires a Bachelor in Wood Technology or equivalent experience, strong CAD/CAM affinity, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Alphacam, or Ardis. C# and VB.net experience is a plus. Fluency in Dutch, English, and French is necessary.
