Job Summary
Software Engineer with Cloud and Kubernetes expertise based in Chantilly, VA. Requires US Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SSBI. Minimum 3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Must have strong Kubernetes tooling experience (Nifi, Harbor, Traefik, ArgoCD, GitLab), cloud database experience, and the ability to configure and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational, decision-making, verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a small team. Salary range is $100,000–$200,000 depending on experience; comprehensive benefits including equity, retirement plan, health care benefits, PTO, and potential raise/bonus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- At least 3 yrs experience
- US Citizenship and active Top Secret clearance with SSBI
- Good understanding of Kubernetes tools: Nifi, Harbor, Traefik, ArgoCD, Gitlab, etc.
- Experience with management of service and systems certs
- Experience with databases in the cloud
- Ability to configure and maintain cloud infrastructure processes
- Experience with CI/CD
- Excellent organization, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- High level of self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems
