Job Summary
Design and build purpose-specific AI coding agents from scratch focused on supply chain connectivity. Develop and maintain core infrastructure for hosting and running integrations, effectively building a mini-platform-as-a-service runtime from the ground up. Own critical systems end-to-end, making foundational architectural decisions and establishing engineering patterns that define the team's future. Work fluidly across agentic AI and heavy infrastructure/platform engineering sides of the product. This high-impact, foundational engineering role shapes technical direction at an early-stage SaaS company automating mission-critical real economy integrations. On-site in Los Angeles, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience
- Demonstrated track record of shipping and owning complex software products end-to-end
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience building with or using AI agents or LLMs
- Background at a developer tools or infrastructure-focused company
- Experience building platform engineering or infrastructure systems such as runtimes or execution environments
- On-site in Los Angeles, CA
- Visa sponsorship is not available
Desired Qualifications
- Degree from a top-ranked technical university
- Familiarity with tools and technologies such as React, Bun, Effect-TS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, or AWS
- Experience at high-caliber engineering organizations (e.g., large-scale cloud, developer platform, or professional services firms)
