Job Summary
Lead end-to-end feature development from front-end interfaces to back-end services and database schema design. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies to ensure high availability and platform reliability. Integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle and collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable system architectures. Act as a technical bridge between product, design, and infrastructure teams while providing code reviews and mentorship to foster engineering excellence. Apply full-stack expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and modern back-end runtimes to build robust, scalable solutions that secure and optimize enterprise infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js)
- back-end runtimes (e.g., Node.js, Python/FastAPI, or Go, Java)
- Strong proficiency in relational databases (Mongo, PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- experience with caching strategies (Redis)
- Practical experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- CI/CD pipeline management
- Demonstrated experience addressing security gaps
- managing dependencies
- working with security scanning tools
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks
- system-level issues in production environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
- Background in managing or contributing to large-scale distributed systems
- Experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
