Job Summary
Carry execution of medium-to-large projects assigned by the Product Manager or Lead Software Engineer. Work side-by-side with a mentor to accomplish team goals and grow together. Participate in the requirement and specification phase to help design solutions for system implementation. Contribute to building APIs, enhancing functionalities, and bug-fixing to serve Indodana's massive user base. Leverage in-house DevOps tooling including Kubernetes, Terraform, Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus on Google Cloud Platform. This hybrid role in Jakarta head office is for a Software Engineer with strong problem-solving skills, preferably in Java or NodeJS, and experience with RDBMS technologies like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Required Qualifications
- A formal degree in Computer Science is preferred, but candidates with demonstrable skills and experience are equally valued
- Strong problem solving & software engineering coding skills preferably, but not limited to, Java/NodeJS
- Have experience in RDBMS technology like PostgreSQL/MySQL
- Experience in version control (Git) and familiarity with development collaboration tools (GitHub/Phabricator)
- This position is hybrid working in Jakarta head office
