Job Summary
Translate user needs into software design requirements and develop new features for complex intelligence community systems. Debug defects, integrate components, and create data queries for databases while designing algorithms that meet performance expectations. Write, maintain, and review technical documentation, and support software test procedures. Apply Python skills to build robust applications supporting thousands of users, utilizing modern AI concepts like prompt engineering and tool calling to streamline development. Construct resilient stream-processing applications using messaging platforms and AI coding assistants. Investigate system workflows and operational challenges to develop effective solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
- 3+ years of Software Engineering experience supporting programs of similar scope and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited institution
- Degree substitution: Four (4) additional years of SWE experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with agentic workflows and multi‐agent orchestration
- Background in cybersecurity or familiarity with security operations workflows
- Experience deploying systems in AWS Cloud using Kubernetes
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD automation
- Hands‐on familiarity with retrieval systems (RAG, vector databases, semantic search)
- Ability to analyze cybersecurity‐related data (network traffic, OS events)
- Knowledge of SIGINT collection and analysis systems
- Experience supporting production CNO capabilities and operations
